Community Coffee Co., a Baton Rouge, La.-based coffee roaster, retailer and coffee service operator, has promoted two of its senior managers to director positions and announces a new director of marketing.

Ron Mannino was promoted to director of business development to lead the grocery and coffee service key accounts sales divisions. He was previously a general manager in the coffee service division and has 11 years with the company in various sales management roles.

Charles Graffeo, Sr. was promoted to director of supply chain. He joined Community Coffee Co. in 2006 as general manager of manufacturing and has 19 years of coffee manufacturing experience.

Mike Bourgeois assumed the role of director of marketing. He served as director of supply chain for the past year and has 14 years with Community Coffee Co. in various sales and marketing roles.
