Rep. Ron Paul, D-Texas, recently posted an opinion on a coin collectors’ Website, www.numismaster.com, opposing a bill, H.R. 5512 which he claims is unconstitutional because it delegates the determination of the metal content of coinage to the Secretary of the Treasury.
